Hello, I'm fighting again on the 17th of November , I weigh in at 7:45 and should fight 3 hours after. I am currently weighing 62 kg when I wake up and around 63.4 kg when I finish my day. I need to weigh 60kg for my fight. Currently it is the 5th of November in the UK, And I need tips on how to cut to make weight. Thanks.
