He's not yet vacated officially, but David Haye had already considered himself as a HW fighting for a last time at the CW limit, so he's a HW from now on...

Three belts were at stake last night, and when Haye vacates, it's three belts to be declared vacant: the WBC, the WBA and the WBO.

As a champ, and after his very impressive win over Huck, Cunningham should be considered as no#1, but of course he's not THE MAN at CW, just the only a belt holder. But you can argue with that and name Mormeck as the no#1, as he's the former undisputed champ, lost only to Haye...

Other elite fighters? As the WBA 'super champ' moves up, Arslan becomes the 'full WBA champ', so he's the other title holder, no vacant title there.

Bell's fighting Adamek, but that's not an eliminator as far as I know, so it's not gonna be for a vacant title... (Adamek is the IBO champ)

BJ Flores fought and won the IBF eliminator against Wilson, so he's the mandatory for Cunningham.

Everyone seems to forgot or just doesn’t care, but yesterday there was another IMPORTANT CW fight between former US amateur great and undefeated Matt Godfrey vs. Olimpic silver medalist and undefeated pro Rudolf Kraj, and Kraj won it on the cards... it was a WBC eliminator, so probably he's gonna fight someone like Wlodarczyk, Mormeck, Drozd, Byrd or Banks for the vacant WBC title.

Of corse Banks is rated at #1 at the WBO, and I think they'll jump on the opportunity. So for the vacant title, the probable opponents for him are Drozd, Wlodarczyk, Mormeck, Hide or Alexeev... Banks vs. Alexeev would be a hell of a fight between great talents!

And what about the rest? Great talent Hernandez fights Braithwaite, there are the former HWs (or CWs at one time) like Hide, Byrd, Jirov, other young talents like Williams or Huck, and don't forget Maccarinelli.

So... the most exciting and the best CW has left the house, but the post-Haye era is not a bad one at all! Bring on the JUNIOR HEAVYWEIGHTS! Who do you think will be the future CW champ?

Haye says that BJ Flores is going to be the man at Cruiserweight.

Not sure whether he's just saying that because they've sparred a bit though.

I think Enzo can still be part of the mix, especially because he Warren is his promoter. I would've be surprised at all if Warren was able to get him a shot at one of the vacated belts. Whether Enzo can beat his opponent is another matter, depends who it is, but he can still be in the mix this year.

Adamek - Bell is for IBF #1 - it's an eliminator

BJ Flores - Wilson was for IBF #2 spot

Enzo can still be in there I feel.

Hernandez will be the man in a few years.

CW should be interesting to watch coming up. There's TONS of good young talent in the weight class, and as they start to come into their own, it should be a fun division to watch.

Cruiser weight is a pretty interesting weight division at present-even without Haye.
    Huck,Cunningham,Tokarev,Kraj,Godfrey,Bell,Hide,Byrd,Jirov,Adamek,Wlodarcyk
Hernandez,Frenkel,Fields,Arslan,Licina, and ...........and............. Lots of talented fighters at cruiser weight.
Bad luck for all of them that Alexeev fights at cruiser weight, too. He will soon take over the division. He has all the tools and talent to be a long reigning undisputed champ.I cant really see anyone who can beat him at cruiser weight. His old rival Odlanier Solis now fights at heavy weight so that their ways wont cross each other at the pros.

    He is ,sean,he is! :yep

He was a feared banger at the amateurs.I can still remember his devastating ko victory against our great hope Viktor Zuev.
I am sure that if asked Solis would name the hard hitting Russian his toughest rival at the amateurs.
