Anyone on here use either of these as part of their routine? I love Cycling, but my bike is ruined. I was getting in around 50-60 miles per week at one point. Swimming is a great workout as well, on the cardio side of things imho.
I absolutely love cycling and I ride about 40 miles on a Sunday morning, never feel like it does much in the way of training though..Never really give swimming a proper chance but wouldn't mind giving it a shot sometime
