Dacres is a slick and elusive fighter but he was caught a lot by Ismay. He has a similar style to Fabio Wardley actually. I expect Ismay to tire and Dacres to win by stoppage from 5-8.

 

I haven't seen a great deal of Darces but he isn't looking impressive based on that first round

 

Round 2
Ismay didn't come to lie down though he's obviously carrying too much belly fat. Just as o say that darces blasts ismay followup and bashes ismay ref jumps in a little too early

Dacres hurts Ismay and lands a barrage of punches. The referee steps in and stops the fight. I think it was a little premature but the stoppage was coming.

Dacres is the new English champion!!

He has looked more impressive than Fraser Clarke so far to be honest. Hopefully Clarke gets some big fights now because the quality hasn’t been great so far which might have caused him to regress.
