Look, I like Szpilka because he is at least tough. I admit he MIGHT beat Wilder because he has still has above average power at heavy.

But it is still a despicable handpicked opponent meant to be part of the hoax and fraud train. Szpilka is small, crude and chinny, and once had his jaw busted by shotter than shot Jameel McCline. He was knocked down three times in two fight by Mike Mollo.

Yet his handlers/manipulators/nuthuggers tout it as some kind of great opponent because he beat a shotter than shot guy who was once pretty good at LHW and Cruiser (Adamek, of course), and who filled a void in one of the worst heavyweight era's ever.

AND HE IS ONLY ALLOWING THIS OPPONENT A FOUR WEEK CAMP! WHAT A PIECE OF GARBAGE.

Meanwhile, they want us take the bait and point out that Szpilka has a chance because Wilder sucks that bad, and if Wilder skirts by with another poor win, then his five nutsackloving fans will brag that he jumped another hurdle and and we are not giving him credit because we predicted that he might lose. They just don't get that you get no credit one way or the other for clearing a low bar.

They did it with Stivene, a guy who was beaten in four by Demetrice King and who went on to be dropped by Derrick Rossy. Stiverne obviously sucks on many levels, and was outboxed for a majority of rounds by Ray Austin. But because Wilder cleared this low hurtle, his five or six loser fans think we should give him credit.

Don't fall into the trap. Point out only tha Sziplka might or might not win. He is a guys who lost to the useful but underwhelming Jennings, and beat a once very good but shot to hell Mcline, getting his jaw busted in the process. Point out epecially that he ha been knocked down hree times by Mike Mollo.

Point out only that it is a disgrace that a guy who is 6'7 is fighting a guy who ought to be a crusier.

Make it clear that Wilder needs to fight Povetkin-- no one else, and that he gets no credit for pounding someone who should not even be at the table.

Povetkin fight would mean Wilder has a tough opponent, an actual fight, which I think he would lose.

Wilder will just keep cherry picking an use excuses, plastic champ

Deontay has a huge reach advantsge 83" to 77" and also is much stronger than Artur. Not a good combo for the Pole. This fight will obviously be nothing like Fury vs Klitschko. I don't know what kind of plan Ronnie can hatch up to win this fight and take the belt. I don't think Deontay's defense is as tight as Jennings which Artur couldn't crack through. I don't think Artur's chin is as good as Molinas or Duhaupas's which Deontay eventually cracked. Everything points to a knockout by Deontay. Maybe thats why the odds are 14-1 for Deontay.

The positives for Artur is he believes in himself and works hard. Another positive is Duhaupas marked up Deontay's face pretty good and Molina made Deontay do a slight chicken dance with a left hook. Another positive is having Ronnie in his corner which I think is a big positive if this becomes a close fight. Wilder recently said his hand is healed and feels 100% which it hasn't been for a few fights which is a big negative for Artur because Deontay can crack. With Povetkin being ringside and Deontay wanting to make a statement with an impressive Knock out Artur can make this work towards his advantage if he survives and makes Deontay impatient.

    Wilder.

I assume Szpilka will have his moments, but I don't think the fight will be close overall.

This will be Wilder's biggest fight after Stiverne, so a nice step up for him.

Szpilka fan here (not huge fan, but I like the guy). I got Wilder by KO inside of 4. Artur is a tough cat but doesn't have much else going for him.

Leaning towards Wilder here, but Szpilka a glass cannon himself with some skill has a shot at the upset....... Not a bad fight at all, just should have happened instead of Molina and Duhaupas. Actually looking forward to this one, I expect a short and violent fight. Don't expect it to go more than 5 rounds.

Tell us how you really feel...

So when DW destroys povetkin early, is that some kind of accomplishment ??? Beating one many levels below you means nothing.

He needs to rid us of Fury and set up the only he fight that truly matters. .

    DW vs AJ

I bet €150 on Szpilka to win €1250, but Wilder will probably take this.
