I am currently trying to figure out the best possible routine for myself. As many of you know I am training as an Amateur boxer, but I do not feel like I am maximizing my level of fitness. Here is my current schedule

7:00 Wake up, go pee, wash my face, brush my teeth
7:15 In the gym doing cross fit
8:00 Jog after my crossfit workout for 4-5 miles
    8:50 jump in the shower
9:10-10:00 get dressed, walk over to my office, chill on the computer, make some coffee, eat some breakfast
    10:00 Start Work
    13:00 Eat!
    18:00 Eat!
    19:00 Off Work
    19:00-20:30 messing on computer/watching tv
    20:30-22:00 Do my Boxing training
    22:00 Shower
22:30-23:00 Talk to my wife on the phone

Is there a better way to go about my training? I do feel like I am getting stronger, but at the same time I kind of am sore throughout the day

A good diet is essential to fitness. You'd be suprised how many people feel the way you do but it's more to do with their diet than how they train.

Give some details instead of just "Eat".

Food is limited here. It depends on what they are serving, kind of like jailhouse. But around 4-5 oz piece of meat(typically), a side potatoes usually(if its more then 150 calories a serving I don't touch it), then vegatable typically cucumbers, stringbeans etc.

So, diet wise I am limited, but I try to stick with meat, side, vegatables.

BTW my breakfast is a serving of smart start cereal, with UHT milk(ultra heat treated or some **** so it don't go bad tastes like ****), banana, and juice.

So, would you tweak the fitness regimen?

Two things ive noticed are :
    A) you're doing crossfit (intense right?) without food which will not allow optimal gains from the excercises as you can't go as hard.
    B) 4-5 MILES isnt optimal for boxing fitness. maybe do 2-3 mile run at a harder pace
    Just my thoughts
