I think the aricle is just audley trying to get himself in the frame...well i hope so anyway! Haye or booth have to come out and publicly say something soon because the way things are going hes losing more fans by the day!!
Looks like sky are planning a big PPV with Mayweather vs Pacquiao to. Would certainly get any hardcore fan like myself to buy it of they did like the Harrison fight. Get Barler vs Macklin on the undercard, and Groves vs Prizefighter winner.
Probably a non-story..... hopefully it is. Haye will be a complete and utter joke if this fight happens, after all that **** about ''just get me and a Klitschko in a ring and we'll get it on'' - he'd lose a lot of fans taking the weakest realistic option available to him. That said, I'd still want him to beat Audley. In fact I'd want anyone to beat Audley :yep
I pray this does not take place. This fight cannot be build as a grudge match. If it was Rampage vs Evans like then I would not mind BUT Harrison is not a genuine contender nor does he remotely deserve a shot.
[ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jnOANul82Tw"]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jnOANul82Tw[/ame] After stuff like this, im amazed Haye rejected a fight with Wlad to fight Audley.
I think it's quite clear to anyone with half a brain. Haye was offered a 50/50 split and didn't take it, or even respond to the offer.
Obviously I have half a brain, unfortunately the half that I do have generally likes definitive confirmation of internet rumours, call me old fashioned like that...so, no definitive, out of the horses mouth source? (both the offer from the Klits and confirmation that Haye is indeed fighting Harrison)
Thank goodness someone else noticed that. It's been carefully worded to sound like Haye made an offer, when actually it's the other way round. Audley and Matchroom have made a £1m proposal based on Haye's negotiations. Another non-story. Until Booth and Haye are actually quoted saying who they're going to fight, I'm not paying any attention to the press, informed insiders or K2's press releases.
There has been no proof that Haye was offered anything of the sort. Until there's a contract on the table, nothing is agreed and nothing has been offered.
