19 year old Las Vegas southpaw Gallegos is the A-side prospect here, but both he and Castañeda have identical pro records of 8-0-1.

Dainier Christian Peró Jústiz in the main event, btw, is the younger sibling of Lenier Eunice Peró Jústiz. Both brothers represented Cuba in the Olympics and both got eliminated in the quarterfinals (Lenier by Filip Hrgović in 2016, and Dainier by Richard Torrez in 2020).

 

Gallegos getting praised for his feinting ability by Donaire, who knows a thing or two about it.

Nice variation on the jab, too - snapping it with laser accuracy into both the nose and stomach of the Mexican.

Another match-up where the fighters have numerically equal records - in this case 10-0-1.

Corey "2 Smoove" Marksman is the one that's 'supposed' to win - a local homegrown Orlando lad. Tayden "The Butcher" Beltrán flies in from the West coast, where he's fought his entire career (in his native California, plus a couple of dates south of the borer in Tijuana).

Marksman entered to Return of the Mack - a song that came out five years before he was even born.

 

Beltrán only allows himself to get a new tattoo when he wins a fight.
