    Ehhhh, Albanians are really their own special category,slightly separate from the Bakkans but yes quite close geographically.

    If you wanted to be all finicky about it, Albanians would have more in common with Greece while most Balkan states would be closer culturally to Russia and generally Slavic.

    ....Don't know why I bothered with all that info :p

    Serbs and Albanians have by far the most hatred and tension between them now. As far as I know, Albanians and Croats are ok.
