Damm... Im Excited About Calzaghe vs Kessler

This has the feel of a truly historic fight. I am very excited as well - you sure aren't alone!

Ditto Brother. I'm so excited, I feel like I'm about to get ass for the first time (that's when you know you're a true boxing fan). I think Cal will win but I hope Kess does, for it would do more for boxing in general. Not that I dislike Cal, he's unbelievealbe! WOO HOOO hurry the **** up Saturday!

 

The only outcome that would surprise me is a Kessler decision.... anything else is possible out of this fight.

 

Unfortunately, HBO didn't do a countdown for this fight.:-(

 

You said it - this fight is one of the most difficult fights to predict.

Right now though I am pretty confident of a Kessler win; TKO 9th.

 

Dont know about a countdown, but HBO was in Denmark to check up on Kesslers background...

 

Why?

A Kessler SD or UD is very likely to happen imo. Kessler could knock Joe down a couple of times and counterpunch his way to victory.

A KO is more unlikely to happen - Joe has an excellent chin.

 

Aye! What has us american's so fired up as far as I can tell is relying on the Euro countries to talk their beloved fighters up soooo much, follow their bickering back and forth, hear all the trash talking, witness the nuthuggings, sit thru all the write ups of their fighting heros they've grown up with...we take it all in and try to dissect it, comprehend it on our only 6 to 7 videos we managed to pilfer or download and then we try to come up with a winner in our own heads just excites the **** out of us. I know we all do it and love every freakin' second of it. That's what has us coming back for more!
