    Julio Cesar Garcia, alrerady over 40 fights and only 21 years old. About a year ago he was considered the next big thing until he fought 40 year old Troy Browning. Garcia didn't show up for this fight. As Joe Tessitore said on FNF last night, it's as if Garcia was trying to lose the fight on purpose. I am niave enough to give the youngster another chance because he said he was having promotional problems and weight problems, and in his young mind he might have thought by losing the fight he was "sticking it to his people."
