OK. I give up. Mother****er got schooled. Right before they announced the winner I told my cousin watch them rob Abril and I was right. Watching Rios celebrate after the final bell was annoying. But Abril still a hugging homo.
Just got done watching this fight. I scored it 119-109. 120-108 would've been acceptable. Rios may have won 3 or 4 rounds if you throw out all the scoring criteria and simply give credit for throwing punches. The only way Rios won is if blows to the arms, gloves, and the back of the head are now scoring blows. That's all he was hitting. Rios got completely shut down. He landed maybe 2 or 3 good punches the entire fight. I have no idea why he didn't shorten that left hook, or try to stay more at midrange, or throw more uppercuts. Abril made Rios look like a C level fighter.
