A man should get paid what the market will bear. No more, no less.

In this case, Guerrero is placing his life and health on the line in front of paying fans and a sponsoring network. I'm glad he is being financially rewarded.

  4. Wow. After all the **** Guerrero and his family have gone through (cancer)... and after all the PEDs Berto took... There are still people rooting for Berto to KO Guerrero? Guerrero might be annoying for calling out Floyd but Berto is a bonafide piece of ****. I'll root accordingly in this fight.

Yea I agree. Cancer is truly awful, to see a girl in your life go through that I felt for the whole Guerrero family. If Robert's team released just one press bit about Floyd, fair enough, twice, okay, hell, even three times but every week for almost a ****ing year? That's why it's annoying!

Berto is a cheating pig ****er. I'll be rooting for Guerrero too. Berto deserves fewer paydays than he'll get if he beats Guerrero.

We agree often. In this case I couldn't possibly agree with you more.

Good for Ghost. Looking forwad to this fight, but honestly, any fighters caught using banned substances should be kept off TV for a couple years. This slap on the wrist **** won't deter ANYONE from at least attempting to cheat and mask.

Good post! Unfortunatly, just calling out Mayweather brings out the venom in his most ridiculous fanboys. But I'm torn on Berto. Years ago, before he was handed a belt, I was very high on Berto. Fast, skilled, and powerful! But his hand picked opponents for WAAY too much money (not his fault though) and this PED issue has soured me some.

Yeah... because every other boxer who gets in the ring isn't doing the same goddamn thing? Guerrero just whines about it more and louder.

I like Robert and hope he does well; he's got a great real life story. But he's not risking his health any more or less than the next guy

what does Roberts wife going through cancer have to do with Robert being a douche. The guy is a clown and Berto is going to beat the crap out of him even though Berto is not that good.

How much PED's did Berto take?

I can't speak for anyone else, but I don't dislike Robert and I'm not rooting for Berto. I just honestly think this is a bad fight for Ghost and he may get hurt

Gotta give him credit for taking these types of risks.

I would guess the winner of this would be looking at a fight with Mayweather for his comeback too.

Honestly, I think all fighters should get a bigger share of the revenue they generate. They do risk their health.

In this case, Guerrero proved the adage "the squeaky wheel gets the grease."
