I just can't seem to escape injuries that always stop me from training. First it was stomach flue, then another flue. Then when everything seemed to be going great and I started to train hard everyday and really see the difference I twisted my ankle the when I recovered during one of my runs I scratched the bottom of my foot (new shoes) and the next day I went running It made it even worse so I had to take 2 weeks break from running. I hate that. It's always when I get in the top shape it all starts going good something wil happen that forces me to take some time off boxing.
and funny thing today I am sitting in front of my comp cuz I ve been throwing up all day and my stomach hurts. I ate something on my ski trip two days ago and for two days I can't eat anything and feel like crap. and of cource I dont feel like training. Will it ever end?!?!

Maybe you're over training and not giving your body time to rest and recover between tough workouts.

If you are sick take time off till your not sick.

You are diverting resources your body needs to recover from being sick.

If you push it when you are sick you will get more ill and just prolong the illness.
