    This 5hit sucks would have really made it interesting. I wonder who made the decision? Cotto's Team or the commission?

    lame. shouldnt make a big difference but it might of helped cotto to have smaller gloves.

    It was a mind game by Floyd and if Cotto in fact rejected the 8 oz he's already lost a battle. He doubts himself.

    please.....i guess u have not been following Cotto's training. He does not lacks confidence. In fact i have seen a more acerted Cotto for this training. May 5 Money will have the fight of his life. We will have to wait for the result.

    it's more than likely the commission's decision. They would have to petition for the smaller gloves and since this is being held at the full JrMW limit, they probably said no. Unless Cotto took an even smaller part of the purse for the 10 oz gloves.

    Well....there goes Cottos only chance. He has no chance at a KO, and he sure as hell isnt going beat Floyd by boxing.

    Doubt Oscar even knows about the 8 oz glove request by Mayweather that was agreed to by Cotto.

    He's a figurehead.
