lying? pac has made itself clear that he will oblige with the testing but not to close to the fight. they could not settle it the first time around but when pac conceeded to floyd's demand and negotiations were almost done between arum, haymon and greenburg, floyd suddenly took a vacation and lose his urge. this tells something on how floyd really wants to fight pacquiao. he have done this before with cotto, he will do it again with pacquiao.

You really believe that him coming in two pounds over the weight limit, in a C/W fight , prompted a $10 million over the limit penalty? No....Floyd has never weighed over 147 lbs (weigh-in weight) in a single fight at WW. EVER. Even after that, in the Mosely fight, he didn't...and there was no special agreement (that we know of) for not making weight. In fact, he's never failed to make the division weight limit, in his entire career, at ANY weight.

Yet, there was no mention of special weight fines for Clottey, who has a history of coming in over the WW limit? :think

Floyd's demand was based on what he felt was a desire to ensure no foul play was involved. Sure, it was probably based on his Dad's advice, Pac's unexpected dominance, at the weight, etc. But, he had he right to ask for it, just ask Pac had the right to ask for his.

But, Pac wouldn't accept that demand as-is. Because, for some reason...he wasn't confident the results would be favorable for him. You can take that to mean...he thought it might weaken him, he thought he wouldn't pass it, etc. Really...we don't really know why, because, he has never taken the test. But, we do know Floyd can make 147 lbs with no issue.
