Briggs will never be in shape, history has proven that about a million times.

He can look in shape with muscles and all but he will never be in shape simply because he is Shannon the ****ing Briggs.

he keeps his hands low whether he's sparring, jogging, hitting the heavy bag, or working the mitts.

I wonder what he'll do on fight night.

Anyway, good to see his is getting his weight more reasonable..............considering what he has weighed before. Maybe come fight night, he'll be around 238-242 or so.

hehe, yeah I know. But he's never been so close to be in shape :tong
He was already walking around pretty light before the fight was signed, this new drug he's using(juicing) called sivair has helped him alot esp with cardio.
this is briggs last big chance and he knows it. Here one of his latest fight against a shitty oppenent but still he look like the speed is back. [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P0qvZeH1dHM[/ame] He got the most 1 round KO's in history, should be lots of action the first few rounds atleast

If he keeps his hands down vs. Klit, he will get his face buted open with a jab and straight all night.

Even though I personally believe he exaggerates the degree to which he has asthma, instead of admitting his being way too heavily muscled is mainly at fault........you can't help but like the guy.

He had better use the ring and be more mobile against Vitali, cause if he stands almost still as he does in many of his fights, Vitali will take him out pretty quick.

Vitali's lead left hook is a monster. Not to mention his straight right down the pike. Perfect for a stationary target who is begging to be hit.

anybody has a punchers chance and when shannon does land his power punches dudes take some time to recover...the downfall will be his asthma and he is gonna ahve to take k1 out by the 4th rd...after that k1 by ko in 5-6

"Greatest Asthmatic of all time" lol I doubt that. A lot of boxer have asthma, they just dont use it to promote themselves. Heres a fun fact, Shannon Briggs has only fought past 10 rounds THREE times in his career! And only fought a full 12 Twice. He is not a greatest athlete of any kind, with or without asthma.
