Dana has also said that Cain vs Mir will happen, so somebody will have to fill in once Reem gets pulled.

Werdum would seem to be the only other option.

If he actually fought him, it would be the bravest thing anyone has done in the sport.

It would be far ahead of BJ fighting Machida, since JDS could never go down in weight.

And if he somehow won, he would be without a doubt P4P#1 all time.

He'd get whipped. No point to this fight at all since it's not like beating Fedor is that big of a deal anymore and he recently lost to Shields who is unable to do anything at 170. I don't know who they'll pull out of a hat if they're not going to use Mir.

We might see someone who may actually stop him.

The Shields fight has nothing to do with anything at this point.

He injured his back in training, and then had trouble cutting weight due to the meds he was on. That is why he looked so bad in that fight. That and he never looks amazing at MW anyways due to his hate of weight cutting.

Beating Fedor was a big deal considering the size and how he did it.

With that said, he'd get KO'ed badly if this fight went down.

I'd still watch it, just incase some crazy **** goes down.

You never know what will happen when Hendo fights a Brazilian.

JDS had a knee operation after the Fox show. The ref might pull JDS off Hendo 3 minutes in, but you never know.

Great fighters in their 40s like Big George, Hopkins, and Hendo will beat the odds.

Being a smaller guy and to beat Fedor in that fashion certainly did mean something.

****ing hell could you imagine that? I'm not kidding id probably put him above Fedor for that. They don't make throw back fighters like that anymore.

He would in all honesty have to take and ATG beating to do it, but that's GOAT status right there. Not that this fight would ever happen

I think Hendo's got a good a chance as any. Mir's been ruled out so its either him, Werdum, Fedor :)lol:) or Hunt.

If anything, Hendo is the most deserving.

Dana wont do it. It will kill the Hendo v JJ fight if he loses, and it will kill the credibility the UFC HW division has built up finally if he wins.

It's just not good business, the only person it helps is Hendo
