Whatever way you look at it tonights card was ****ing atrocious. UFC seem to be dealing out slop cards when they come to Europe. The card tonight would never have been put on in the States.
Well he won but its pretty controversial, I though Franklin pulled it out. Hendo started well but after a round or so, he barely had anything left. Age catching up to him, he fights in mini spurts and most times he cant pull the trigger in exchanges.
He just beat Franklin; it was close, but even losing a really close fight to Franklin is hardly a terrible loss. So he is coming off a win vs Franklin, a win vs Palhares, who is one of the biggest up and coming fighters in the UFC, but because he lost to Anderson Silva and Rampage, he isn't a top level fighter anymore?
I pick Henderson by decision, but I do think one judge will incorrectly judge it 30-27 for Franklin anyways.
I wish Hendo would wrestle more though, he should be destroying guys on the ground with his base and strength.
