Honestly I think hes not far outside of the all time top 10. It gets overlooked because he has tons of losses and was never THE guy in a division, but the guy fought until he was 46 years old and had no real concern for weight classes which contributed to that. Wins over Fedor, Shogun, Nog, Vitor, Wand, Franklin, Babalu, Palhares, Ninja, Yvel, Newton, Bisping, Lombard etc. Not to mention he did plenty of damage to Bisping in their rematch and came close to becoming the oldest champ in UFC history.
