Per Dan's chat today, he wrote "I went seat by seat down press row after the fight. MOST writers had it even. Those who didn't had it 7-5 GGG (with a couple 8-4 GGG). I couldn't find a single writer who outright had it for Canelo. Not only that but I compared my card to some other writer cards and not only did we have it a draw we scored every round the same."

Interesting. Tough fight to score. Very close. Boxing community needs to come together and appreciate what these two have given us over 24 rounds. They are eachother's equal.

It’s not that difficult. Entire press row for Golovkin or draw, none for Canelo. General consensus for GGG at about 70%.

    Robbery is a robbery.

we are just going to ignore the hate, in which i shared, over ped use, judge favoritism, perceived injustices, etc... and judge straight down the middle. gtfoh with that chit, some of us are honest about whats up.

Dont know why he is bothering. He has been around American Boxing long enough now to know how it is. Close fight, could of gone either way but once the final bell rang it was only ever going to go 1 way.

I don't mean for this to be a pro-GGG and hate Canelo thread. This is about it being 24 rounds of pretty even boxing. It's an appreciation for boxing at the highest level and two guys that just can't separate themselves from each other, if you are trying to be objective.

Dan Rafael is a joke. He votes and talks the way everyone does and the way everyone wants to vote. He says what they want to hear. He is a good writer, but not a honest guy on boxing and his opinions on boxing are limited.
