I understand what you're saying. I just thought it was a mismatch right of the bat. I probably would have chosen another example of Mayweather fighting insane. Not vs a guy who was bloated, jumping two weight classes in a Welter debut, and also dealing with all the physical disadvantages. And the obvious Mayweather skill.

Canelo vs Mosley was on the undercard of Mayweather's PPV against Cotto.
Canelo vs Mosley certainly help carry the Mexican fanbase there.

It will be interesting to see how many PPV's Mayweather can sell against on his own against an opponent without much of a fanbase.
I way it will be embarrasing for Mayweather if he goes through with the Guerrero PPV without Canelo or Chavez Jr. on the undercard! :yep

if you're canelo, go ahead and do what you gotta do. just don't think Mayweather owes you anything. really getting tired of this. dude wants to wait til after the fact to play hardball. he really needs to play his position...

Exactly. Canelo isn't a proven draw. Leave it to the Mexican fanbase to make a big deal out of it. Anything to downplay Floyd.

Canelo has more power in this then some of you Floyd lovers think. **** it Floyd won't face him, then why help get PPV numbers???

Easy fight Trout on a different night, **** that deserves its own headline. Then we see how the PPV numbers come in. **** make the fight in LA where the Raza is...

BTW, if Canelo is on the undercard not fighting Trout or fighting a BS opponent I am not ordering this ****.

    We will see!

I've set up a poll on another thread asking the forum which card they would watch if they could only watch one, Mayweather-Guerrero or
    Canelo-Trout?

Right at the moment Canelo is winning the poll by a landslide.
I want more votes from the forum though.
Lets see who the forum wants to see! :yep

The poll on a boxing forum means nothing.
What sells more Floyd vs Guerrero? Or Canelo vs anybody?
