Exactly what fighter in the world would go into the Champs camp and not have their trainer on hand that doesnt make sense not at all, if anything he would send an assistant I know for damn sure that a fighter like Fres is not going to just show up and let the ****ing cook work the damn corner

just shows you dont know ****. Most fighters do not bring a trainer. Some do, most don't...... I know for a fact Fres did not bring a trainer. I deal with everything in camp as the training camp manager........

Dude, I have worked with wlad, vitali, Steward, james bashir, Banks, countless pro boxers and Fritz for 8-9 years.... I promise you, I can work a corner

again, you have no idea what I do in camp. Just because im the chef /nutritionist, i dont know boxing?....... give me a break

I am sorry but I have never seen that go down in the 6 years I was at wildcard NOT once have I ever seen any fighter come in to spar, Pac or James Toney or any of those guys with out their trainer Maybe you guys just stipulate that if they want to spar with the champ leave your trainer at home

no we dont stipulate that... like I said, some do, some don't.... last fight.... wilder brought his trainer, richard towers didn't...... some guys dont want to give any of there pay to the trainer, we pay for trainers flight, room and board, but its the sparring partner that needs to pay his trainer in most cases

may guys trusted that Steward (when alive) bashir and others would take care of their fighter for 3 weeks

floored?... no..... I will say, I have seen vitali take some great shots.. Vitali gets hit much more than wlad. vitali actually seems to like it:yep

But honestly, neither has ever been floored... ive seen guys tangle legs and such, but never a shot and down goes a klitschko

    its 2 different items

    1. retire or not retire
than if he stays on to fight
    2. haye or not haye

IMO vitali retires... but IF he stays for 1 more, I think it will be Haye IF the talks go smooth.

I remember when KINGPIN and Jameel McCline were heading over to spar with Wladimir. Both Jameel's trainer / assistant & Kingpin's trainer /assistant were given the opportunity to go. But we agreed to allow the boxers to go without their respective trainers, knowing (at that time) Fritz would have extra trainers or corner assistant for the training.

I have seen thousands of boxers come in to the gym I work at, and maybe 10% will bring their trainer or assistant.

You make a perfect case why CHEF is a source not to be relied on when discussing critical matters concerning K2. He's employed by K2 (which I envy him for, fair play to him) and is therefore bound to be biased. Again, I'm not blaming him because speaking out against your current boss is straight up idiotic but people on here apparently fail to realize that his word means nothing when it's about whether K2 are ****ing people over or not. CHEF is a valuable member of the community because he can provide fantastic insider information and is a decent-ish poster when he's not glorifying his employers.

Ive had the pleasure to meet CHEF, at the Vitali-KINGPIN fight, and he was a very stand-up guy. He is the 1st person to let you know when something is not right with the Klitschkos. Even after the (boring, one-sided) VIT-KINGPIN fight, CHEF did say that if [KINGPIN] threw more punches, that he had Vitali's number that night. It may have been an off night for Vitali, but CHEF did not hold back his criticism. CHEF did praise KINGPIN for his defensive style, but CHEF later did (rightfully) criticize KINGPIN for his (KJ) rude arrogant talk of Vitali.

CHEF is highly regarded for his work with K2 & the Klitschkos because of his unbias demeanor and willlingness to not only support, but criticize the Klitschkos if need be.

Dan deserves every bit of this. Dan "The Fatman" Rafael give Boxing media a bad name. With "friends" of the sport like him, who needs enemies!

What is this manager talking about, saying Fres was never dropped or stopped. He was melted by a left hook from Tua. Doesn't that count as being seriously hurt?
