Dan Rafael: GGG and Canelo have agreed to fight at 160, but not Until Fall 2017.

I'll take it. Later than I was expecting, but good news nonetheless.

Hopefully one of them can take out BJS in the meantime.

lil g will prob gladly fight cans in anticipation of this fight...and come fall of of 2017 canelo will say hes "burned out" and needs a break from boxing...citing many pro fights over a still young career.....

I guess that's better late than never. I don't think GGG will have slipped by then, so it works for me. If he holds all the belts and Canelo gets a couple of respectable victories at Middleweight, the fight will only be bigger.

GBP are trying everything to stop Canelo getting abused by fans all over the world, his countrymen and Mexican boxing legends.

This to me really shows how much damage the ducking of Golovkin did to Canelo's reputation. Agreeing to fight in over a year and will have multiple fights each it's a complete joke.
