Did his team submit an offer? Call outs are bltchmade unless an offer is submitted. Anybody can call anyone out.
I call it the Mayweather effect. Fights used to get made before Mayweather went on a ducking brigade.
I don't believe so but unlike everybody else I don't pretend to be the boxers' manager and/or promoter. I'm pretty sure that neither side has ever negotiated with the other? Why not? Promotional and network war.
If you don't realize that it was going on well before him (since, well, ever) then you're either new or just blinded by hatred.
Exactly. Vanes also called Golovkin (and Ward too) out. Why is nobody saying that Golovkin is ducking Vanes. Eubank Jr keeps saying that he can beat Golovkin. Bradley called out Golovkin. Quite a few people do, especially when Gennady has his next fight already scheduled. In Lara's case, the main obstacle is Haymon, but the fact that Lara hasn't defeated anybody at 160 and he is not a recognized leader of his weight class is making him ineligible too.
lol I'm calling out Canelo then. I have never lost a pro fight in my life (never won one either though). The fight will be on PPV and I'll come in around 190lbs. Then I'll take a knee with the first punch, get the cheque and be done with it.
If the Dog did this to Lara: http://ist2-2.filesor.com/pimpandhost.com/3/9/5/4/39544/1/F/Z/q/1FZqH/angulo.gif Imagine what Lil G would do
Actually since Alvarez hasn't made 154 in over two years, I'm pretty sure most people would say that Lara is #1 at 154.
I don't know if Lara could hold up to Gennady's power. It could be a very good fight if Lara utilizes his footwork. He'd have to be very fluid with his movement though, and make sure his back didn't touch the ropes when he attempts to side step/move away laterally. I noticed he has a tendency to do that in his recent fights which leaves him susceptible to getting hit with flush shots right off the ropes (i.e. against Angulo.) That kind of plays into GGG's style. Also, Lara doesn't really have a high work rate. He'd have to really step up his frequency of punches just to keep it close. But the deciding factor in all of this is how well would Lara hold up to GGG's power. I just don't think his chin could endure a fight with someone this strong.
Rafael can't tell the difference between his ass and Aretha Franklin without checking for pimples. Lara schools GiGi and shows everyone why GiGi has avoided facing A class opponents. After this fight GiGi's hype would be as flat as a UFC fighter's wallet.
