Plus imo like most Cubans who turn pro he doesnt have the sturdiest of chins and when the going gets tough he may have the typical Cuban butter heart.

    Hahaha!
:lol::rofl A 50 year old ATG cherry-picker? Why is GiGi afraid of a 50 year older at any weight?

GiGi has done zero to even talk about a match with Mayweather. What has he done to deserve this? I never took the loose lipped talk of GiGi - Mayweather seriously because it would never happen. For one, Mayweather would destroy Little g at 154 the same as Ward would destroy him at 168.

GiGi is not a PPV fighter. He is UFC material and like Vlad, only sellable on US Free TV. PBC is free TV.

GiGi-'s best opponents are Stevens, Murray and Lemieux and he has the nerve to call out Mayweather. Some of my best joke are friends.

For sure, though Monroe is no slouch easily beating Adams and Kopylenko who were BOTH favored over him.

Lara is definitely an enigma though, and he's not doing himself any favors with his style.

He had Rodriguez stunned in every rd of their fight, but simply refused to move in for the kill.

If he repeats the performance against Zaveck, he's gonna need to find another platform on which to fight b/c even Al Haymon aint gonna showcase him in that case.

Lara is a HUGE talent. HUGE.

And there's no denying that there are times you've simply gotta box your way to victory, ie Canelo, Angulo, Martirosyan, etc....there's guys like them who can rip his head off his shoulders if he gets wild, but vs the likes of DRod and Zaveck, he's just got to play a little loose and go for it. Give the fans something to think about.

Ive got no problem at all with him getting a decent lead on the cards, say 4-5 rds up, playing it safe behind the 1-2, but he's gotta let the dog out at some point.

I would give him a 30% chance of surviving 12 vs GGG, and probably a 10% chance of beating GGG.

But I'd really like to see him beat someone by TKO at least, and at MW before I give him more chance than that.

And his mgr, promoter, and team need to beg Haymon to negotiate with HBO on allowing him to appear on their network. :think

Well i think thats a bit far fetched especially when he went life and death with Angulo who was on the cusp of melting his butter heart.

But the same def can be said in regards to GGG beating all of Laras resume easily, and by stoppage.:yep

Lara is so overrated. This is the same guy that clearly got beat by Carlos Molina at 154lbs, but he beats GGG:lol:

I'd like to see Little g meet Canelo at 154 and stop him, but GiGi would never fight Canelo at his weight. GiGi prefers to take Canelo and other top tier opponents out of their weight class, not the other way around. :yep

I always felt he beats Lara easily as well and I just don't understand the hype behind that fight. If Lara were a good middleweight with a better chin then I'd be excited for it.

Doesn't matter. Lara beats GiGi anywhere between 150-160.

How can I mistake two fighters, one whose fought everyone and the other who has fought no one?:lol:
