    I hear you, and that is a fair comment. Paulie and Teddy are in different roles however, and Dan is the most senior of the ESPN boxing staff I believe.

    I’m assuming Steve Kim will take his place. Dan will get a job somewhere but likely won’t make what he was getting at ESPN.

    Also a Reminder that while Shannon Briggs was in ICU recovering from a 12-rd pummelling at the hands of V. Klitschko, Fat Dan was gloating online, wishing it was 15-rds so the beating lasted longer. Celebrating a job loss is low class, but so is Rafael. A deeply unpleasant individual

    In all honesty, Paulie should be let go by SHO. Aside from the rage and PED accusations about Pac, he generally acts like a thug and goes on tantrums.

    Good, he's always been a hack who DKSAB or scoring, he just knows how to put a rundown article together, because he knows how to write and is a fan. His opinions and analysis has always been rudimentary and casual in nature.

    he wished that Briggs' fight against Vitali Klitschko, in which the Brooklyn native took a vicious, career-ending beating, "went 15 rounds," instead of the usual 12.

    12 rounds of the pummelling from Klitschko was enough to put Briggs in a German hospital for two weeks.

    Immediately after that last comment from Rafael, negative reaction developed, with one poster saying that that remark "wasn't very nice."

    "It wasn't meant to be," Rafael curtly replied, before promptly ending the session, a move suggesting that perhaps many of the chat participants didn't approve of the verbal shot at Briggs.
