Funny thing is, Floyd has never walked away. But Pac has.

Except that Lewis was an old man and had already beaten Vitali. I'm not saying the rematch wouldn't have been huge. But Lewis fought and defeated Vitali and then retired. Vitali was in his prime then; Lewis was well past, and Lewis STILL beat Vitali.

Floyd and Manny were both P4P elites, in the same division (or thereabouts), for 5+ years and they NEVER FOUGHT.

The two situations are completely different. Lewis holds a win over Vitali; Floyd and Pac have never fought despite unbelievable demand for half a decade.

Normally you have good posts. This isn't one of them.

Floyd offering $40 mil flat before the JMM loss and the Bradley "loss" on what would have surely been at least a $200 mil fight is walking away. The only people that sh*t offer fooled was his legion of moron fans.

    I think so.

The last we heard of Mayweather in an interwiew was on ESPN saying he wanted the Pacquiao fight, but stating that Pacquiao was mistaken if he thought he'd be getting the same % cut now than what it was originally agreed upon.
Mayweather went on to state about Pacquiao having lost twice with spiraling PPV numbers and he was still undefeated.

    Mayweather made valid points.
Like I've been stating, last I heard Mayweather had offered Pacquiao get 37.5% or it may be 32.5% now that I think of it.
In any regards, they're in that range.

The negotiation now must be between the fight purse.
They have to be negotiating between 32.5 and 40%.

They never offered anything because Arum never intended to have Pacquiao fight him until he was good and milked.

With Pacquiao now having PPV numbers well below the 500k range, Arum now considers Pacquiao a milked cow.
"Bring on Mayweather and make it 50/50!" :nut:nut:nut

They wanted 50/50....which was WAAAAAAAAY more realistic than the (essentially) 80-20 Floyd was offering. 55- 45 was what it should have been.

Arnt both their numbers spiraling :huh difference is one is fighting in china and one in Vegas Floyd should have a huge advantage in numbers with the fight being in the states. yet cant come close to a million. they need each other i think 35-40 % fair with maybe a clause saying that the winner takes 5% more.:deal

He is just a bullshietter. Pac you're next, I never said that. My health comes first. My fans should pay for my hospital bills if they want me to fight poochiao.
