Both of them are overrated.
I'd sooner put Toney in there but he's one of the most overrated fighters of recent decades.

 

He said it's due to ped abuse. Fair play to him.

 

But votes for Floyd?

 

It seems like Americans care more about the concept of a Hall of Fame, regarding any sport, than anywhere else.

That's true. But Toney must have been juiced well above the normal level, because he managed to fail tests at least twice and that was back in the days when testing was done only on the day of the fight or thereabouts. That means he was probably juiced to the gills all the way up and through the fight, because those tests are pretty easy to pass if you come off at the right time.
Anyway, it's obvious he was juiced way above his natural size when he was at heavyweight.

 

No disrespect to Bradley but Toney had more talent in his little finger than Tim had in his whole body and Ward for that matter. A far superior fighter to both.

 

I’ve no problem with Bradley making the list. Over Toney? Not for me. But if Fat Dan’s stance is it’s because Toney failed a PEDs test then I can roll with that

 

Santos Laciar is the most deserving name on that list, apart from Mayweather and possibly Wladimir Klitschko.
