How reliable is this guy and how much inside information does he have?

Dan Rafael: A Nevada commission source opined that Mayweather camp may have bought just enough unsold tix simply to nudge his gate ahead Pacquiao-Mosley

Dan Rafael: According to Nevada commission, Floyd-Ortiz gate was exactly $9M (14th all-time in Nev) with 13,364 tix sold, 3,052 unsold, 1,268 comps.

It's amazing that 3,000 tickets didn't get sold.

The seats were VERY over-priced, and everyone knows Floyd doesn't do well at the gate.

And Rafael is 200% reliable. If anyone's going to know, it's going to be Fat Dan.

Big time ppv boxers buy seats all of the time. Did he do it to surpass Mosley-Pacquiao? You be the judge. Floyd can't win anyway.

He certainly has enough money for it. Wouldn't be below that egotistical scheming little **** to do something like that.

Floyd's not a guy that has the kind of fan base nor the numbers that will see the masses come out in droves to see him in action. Guys like DLH, Tyson, Ali and PAC had that kind of drawing power.

Floyd is a master at generating enough buzz and contraversy to ensure people want to watch him by paying far less in the comforts of their own homes.
