he was coming off bronchitis vs. Hopkins and was coughing up phlegm while warming up in the dressing room before. it was inthe Hauser article, it came up by chance from the father, they NEVER used it as an excuse. the father said after that they should have postponed the fight, but the $2 million was hard to pass up I guess. It's way too early to write off Pavlik off one bad night where he wasn't 100%. But he has to take better care of himself, he has to keep himself away from those bars and away from the wrong crowd. he is an elite world class athlete/champion and must live that kind of strict lifestyle, it's only harder now everyone has him as a target. His time at the top is short he must take better care of himself.
