that ****er should do jail time. once the reports come back and prove those pads were indeed plaster, you better believe he'll be banned for good and legal action will follow.

My point is how easily duped are these commissions?
Margarito's previous opponents might possibly bring legal action against these commissions for gross negligence.
Whether or not they could prove that they were the victims of loaded wraps is another matter, though.

IF he fights anywhere else in the world during the ban they should just keep extending the ban for another year for every violation.

They cannot make or enforce those types of rules.

 

They said Mexico will likely go along with the ban.

 

At least it wasn't a lifetime ban, with a year Margarito will be able to climb up the rankings in fights and in South America.

 

margarito should count himself lucky that there is still a glint of a future for his career after these allegations.

Why is everyone wanting him to have more than a one year ban??? Let him rematch Cotto, make him do it for free, hell make his purse part of Obama's stimulus package! I wanna see the guy fight again, he's exciting and let's see if Cotto can hang with him on fair terms.
