    Yes it does...the investigation is still ongoing. I'm sure everything is depending upon what the CSAC discovers. I'm sure that the Sugarman is giving him the benefit of the doubt until proof is irrefutable.

    Yer right, if the investigation is still ongoing, and they have samples of the wraps, then it was not the way the wrap was wrapped, nor the thickness of the wrap.

    It was the wrap itself and its composition. Lets wait for the results then. :hat

    Same **** reported regarding Tito Trinidad but for some reasons nothing seems to have been undisputably proven nor any punitive actions taken.
