Dana says CSAC treatment of Chael Sonnen "insane, unjust, unfair"

TUF 14 would have been awesome with Bisping and Sonnen going at it every episode.

Unfortunately Sonnen took steroids, didn't disclose it, lied about telling Kizer directly and then got involved in money laundering. For someone who thinks who keeps himself so morally aloft, he is scum.

 

to a certain degree Dana is right, But I honestly think he wants him back to make some money off this guy.

 

When you go into a hearing then you don't tell the truth. What do you think is going to happen? Come on... This guy is so full of his BS that he mustv'e felt that he could just say what he wanted when he wanted and get away with it. MMA and fight fans love the BS but when you are on the line to get something back. You need to be Humble at that time. No Pitty for this Ass.

 

No he isn't. All the Commission has done is make Sonnen serve out his original suspension. Sure if they were sticking to the original decision of not being able to reapply until May 2012 its an arguable case but they've said he can apply as of July. Hell that means he's still serving a lesser suspension than most receive for pissing hot.

 

Hey....you make a mistake and you're gonna have to pay for it. Chael cheated and he got caught so he's suspended, but he should be able to come back and make a living. Everyone should get a second chance. Redemption is real and people can change....it's just most of the time they don't.

I'm actually Glad Dana stood up for his fighter. He's shown favoritism b/c he kicked out Daley and let Diaz back in the UFC, so it's all about the money. Chael is a marketable guy. He talks a great game and he appeals to a large demographic of US MMA fans. It makes sense White tried to get his licence back.

 

I feel sorry for Falcao.

 

Why is Dana White so quick to release Falcao for something he did in 2002?

He's willing to ***** and moan about Chael but he quickly released a guy who has an incredible skillset.. Very quick and powerful strikes along with what appeared to be a solid bjj game.

 

The decision is completely just and fair. I'm not surprised by Dana's comments though. Although he got caught in a triangle at the death, he built up the interest in his fight with Anderson with his trash talk and did exactly what he said he would for the majority for the fight - becoming a potential draw in the process. If he'd been caught like that in the first round, the 'treatment' of Chael wouldn't have received this scorn by White.
