"Anybody who considers this guy the best in the world, is out of their minds... he's not even the best Heavyweight in the world." - Dana White on Fedor Emelianenko

Fedor is alot smaller than most other heavyweights. He could be the best p4p fighter in the world even if he wasn't the best heavyweight.

That being said, Fedor is the best heavyweight as well.

Apparently he's not fought anyone since the late 90's.

White is a jealous and bitter idiot. Fedor would wipe the floor with the UFC's awful Heavyweights.

People need to remember WHEN Fedor is battering these guys. Sylvia, Arlovski, even Rogers were not the fighters they are now. Sylvia had just left the UFC and was leading in a fight with Nog. Arlovski was on a really good run. Even Rogers had come off the Arlovski loss. Now Werdum should really be respected.

We know they are not the absolute best out there but they are good contenders when he fights them.

I want to see Fedor fight Brock etc but he is battering the contenders he is facing.

Sylvia was only about a year removed from his 2nd UFC title reign and after he lost the title beat an undefeated Brandon Vera and performed very well losing to Nogueira. At the time Tim was ranked in the top 5. Arlovski had won 5 fights in a row over Pay De Pano, Werdum, O'Brein, Nelson and Rothwell so thats 2 BJJ Champions, 2 IFL Champions, an All American Wrestler and arguably 3 top 10 Heavyweights. Arlovski was ranked by Sherdog as the 2nd best Heavyweight in the world even after the Fedor loss and thats when an undefeated Brett Rogers smoked him. Then with Werdum you look at his resume hes beat Antonio Silva, the Champ Overeem, Aleks, Gonzaga 2x and Vera. So I agree these fights for Fedor where or are all vs legitmate contenders what happened after really means nothing.
