    I wouldn't be so quick to say Fedor will never join the UFC. Fedor's pay days have not been much better than the UFC would pay, plus one of the main concerns was Fedor still being allowed to compete in Sambo tournaments. Fedor lost in a Sambo tournament since that time, and didn't lose the public's view as being the best in mma. If the UFC permits his involvement in Sambo, the signing issues may be less problematic.
