It's funny because everything Dana White says about boxing, is happening in UFC... He only has a rotation where Chuck L., Randy C., Brock L., and a few others where he rotates them for the main event... He talks about boxing doesnt have any new faces, which hes very wrong... What new faces does UFC have? Chuck keeps on getting his ass kick and he still headlines... The facts is boxing is a world sport where it involves all cultures, unlike the UFC which right now is concentrating on one certain group of people... I would admit these guys are talented in their own ways, but sometimes they fight so dumb, like its a street fight and actually start booing when a fighter has good defense... I'll stick to my boxing and be a true boxing fan unlike how White is supposedly a boxing fan... Hes turning his own sport until a circus...

I don't get how he can call himself a boxing fan and not be intrested in Marquez/Mayweather?

IF the Floyd card had two other good fights , then there could be real competition with one heavy weight and some other fight with top contenders .

boxing needs to learn about the event, it also depends on the headliners on the ufc card

There is no competition between the two. Boxing fans will order the Mayweather fight and MMA fans will order the UFC fight.

Yeah but there are people who are fans of both sports, ya know...

This is the card for UFC 103 at this current point in time:

    Josh Koscheck vs Frank Trigg
    Efrain Escudero vs Cole Miller
    Hermes Franca vs Tyson Griffin

Nothing on this card is really standing out to me. Well, the main event obviously hasn't been inked yet, so it really is gonna depend on that....

I appreciate his candor and agree with most of what he said. I also think he could add Tyson to the list of those boxers he would have avoided, as I doubt they would have had any fights the night Tyson and Lewis fought.

It was obvious that Dana respects Floyd and didn't want to insult him too much. You can see how he was covering his ass. Dana never does that, he normally just goes off and trashes the person. He was careful with what he was saying here, but still told it like it is.

Floyd is a draw in fights people believe he has a decent chance in losing, such as ODLH, and some even gave Hatton a good chance because he fight in a similiar fashion as Castillo but better(or at least that is what many believed).

In fights where people concede to the chance on him losing such as JMM fight, he flops like a limp ***** that he is.

Ufc 103 will kick Mayweathers PPV ass.I am a boxing fan as well, but Mayweather vs Marquez is so uneccesary and doesn't make a whole lot of sense, except perhaps for Latino's.Dana is right,as usual.
This shall be a big lesson for the boxing promoters and look good on the resident nitwit at GBP who made this decision.:deal
