Dangan 213 (Boxingraise): Carlo Autentico Magali Vs Hironori Mishiro RBR

Scores were announced after 8 (and 4) no idea what they were, but cheers would suggest Mishiro in the lead.

I have it 6 rounds to 2 in favour of Mishiro, rounds 1 and 5 were Magali's, could see it closer though (round 6 was very close)

9-Magali cut aroudn the left eye! He's pressing the fight though (also suggesting he's behind!), Mishiro sticking to what has worked so far and using his jab to set the pieces and create distance, Mishiro with a big right hand on the bell

 

10-Magali pressing and in Mishiro's face early on, Mishiro creates some space but Magali is on the front foot, a good right from Mishiro! Nice basic but nice boxing from Mishiro, Magali's pressure is continuing and he's really trying to drag Mishiro into a war, Mishiro takes his time and fires when Magali backs off to catch his breath, uppercut from Mishiro, lovely left hand from Mishiro, Magali throwing a lot but struggling to land with anything of real meaning

 

Yeah 8-2 going Mishiro into the final 2 rounds, sounds one sided but is hasn't been, just prefering his work and think he's landed (for the most part) the better shots

11-Mishiro looking to make a statement and is starting this round faster, Magali going with him, both letting leather fly, left hand follwoed by an uppercut from Mishiro, Magali misses with a left hand, Magali is looking dog tired now and has now fire to his work, Mishiro landing good single shots BANG goes in a right from Mishiro! Magali misses with a tired and weary looking right hand.

 

12-Magali starting the round fast, summoning everything he has, Mishiro fires back, Magali not backing off this time, Magali knows what he needs to do but it's not clear if his body can actually do it it now, Mishiro using his legs and staying out of danger when he can, Magali steps back and takes a big intake of air, Mishiro eats a huge right hand! Nice footwork afterwards though, HUGE effort from Magali and Mishiro seems to be just trying to pick and poke and keep his respect "Mishiro" chant! Clackers...fans are already cheering, they know their man has done it! Magali raises arm, whilst Mishiro gives the fans a cheeky look

117-111 for me, can see round 5 being a 10-8 so could very easily see 116-111 with no complaints, and even 115-112, 114-113 would be VERY VERY generous to Magali

 

One judge has got it to Magali... one judge to Mishiro....oooh we have a split...and Mishiro gets it!

115-113, 113-115, 113-115

115-113 to Mishiro is understandable, can't see how Magali got a 115-113 in his favour

 

All judges had it 38-38 after 4 rounds, 77-75, 77-75, 76-76 after 8 rounds
