Then what's your reasoning for the points where Hatton looked like he had drank a bottle of vodka against Juan Lazcano? The Tszyu fight was years ago, Lazcano was last year, and Ricky's resilience is visibly weaker now, for whatever reason.

I think this fight is pretty much a 50-50, though if pushed I'd back Pac to win. But if anyone is getting stopped, it's Ricky.

Good thing I went with my gut. Put some cash down on rounds 1-3 too, very good odds :D

Was just about to bump this thread!:D

Good thing I went with my head and asked one of the very best analysts on ESB to call this one.

    Nice one, mate!:thumbsup

Cheers dude, just happy to have made some cash of it and of course, Pac won. I like Hatton but a Pac defeat was out of the question for me. lol.

    Congrats, dangerousity. Good job.

I'm always too conservative when picking fights. I'd never have picked "Pac early rds KO" like you did.

Yes, yes you are...something to do with you being a pessimist in real life, maybe, Bula? (A thought worth considering, methinks.;) Glad you got rid of that awful avatar at last too...;) )

Whenever I see you pick a close UD, I think wide...whenever I see you pick a wide UD, I think TKO...before even considering what I, myself, think...:p

Hah. Maybe you have something there.

And oh, the raggedy emo donkey is on a short vacation, he'll be back soon.

I'll just savor and enjoy this VICTORY avatar for a few more days.

I didnt really, I just mentioned it was a good possibility given Hatton's defense/chin & pacs power and put money down on it cos the odds were amazing. 75-1 on KO round 1!!

The fight went as I thought it would just a lot shorter lol, Hatton did get inside, Pacs footwork, speed, output got him back outside and he got the better of exchanges. What shocked me was the power in both hands with each shot, I really did think it would take his sunday special of a left hand to drop Hatton. Of course his right hook was always gonna be useful against Hattons hands down lunging attacks.
