    Ref allowing Fulton to keep tying Khegai up and then warning the later when he gets rough trying to work when he should be warning Fulton for holding. Damned if you do, damned if you don't.

    Fulton Jr. lands a nice left hook at the start of the round. Khegai stepping on the gas right now. Khegai landing now with a lot of pressure. Left hook by Khegai on the ropes followed by a right. Fulton Jr. back on the jab. Fulton looking like he is slightly slowing down at the half-way mark.
