    Santana is breathing hard but continuing to work hard to suffocate Hurd with pressure, hoping that eventually he will slow down and come into range for more consecutive shots. Hurd still very smooth and relaxed backing up and snapping back the head of Santana with jabs, occasionally whipping a right behind the neck when Santana tries ducking in to go to his body. Hurd still keeping that uppercut in his back pocket in case Santana wants to submarine in and rise up at his chest. Santana comes on with some flurries, but they're pretty much all blocked or stepped away from.

    Santana is starting to get jaw-jacked by the uppercuts of Hurd, but is muscling his way inside anyway. Santana hurling jabs and overhand rights over the gloves and wrists of Hurd desperately, but getting prodded away by jabs on the nose and then clocked with twist-around uppercuts by a fixed-in-place and perfectly comfortable Hurd. Lots of big towel-snap rights and left hooks by Hurd at medium-close range, finishing the round whipping Santana into the ropes on the opposite side of the ring.
