Yeah annoying. I missed this one completely.

 

I thought it was a very close fight, but not a very close boxing match.

 

Buatsi needs to fight Gvozdyk or someone. He's got no chance against Beterbiev or Bivol.

 

He throws mainly arm punches and his hooks are usually with the knuckled pointed outwards, meaning he slaps the opponent.
He has the speed and physicality and a good punch selection, but his technique is crap.

How were you possibly able to score both fights. You are a better man than I am.

 

Fun fight. The knockdowns were garbage, especially that second one. Without them I had it about even, or either one just edging it.

Anyways, Buatsi loses pretty bad to either Bivol or Beterbiev. Bivol makes it a shutout, Beterbiev gets him outta there before even the halfway mark.

 

Last 3 fights prove otherwise. The only fighter who wasn't a corpse that Buatsi has stopped was Bolotniks very late into their fight, and Bolotniks while tough doesn't exactly have the best chin.
