I was just going to reiterate my point that Cormier can lost fat to get down to 205 instead of blowing out his kidneys.

But thats the reason why he fights at heavy. His kidneys packed up on him last time he tried to make 205.

He was dehydrating himself to make 211 in the Olympics. He can lose fat through caloric restriction without any serious health risks.

No racist, but in Cormier we could very well be looking at the black Fedor

That's cute of Cormier but this is the fight game and more fighters need to look at it as competition but I doubt if it will ever happen completely as there is a certain something that makes a fighter who he is.

Cormier vs Jones gets my juices flowing cos he has heavyweight power and first class wrestling. Jones would have to go Silva and show he has more sides to his game.

Cant see the reach difference being much of a problem - it made no difference when he fought Bigfoot or Josh. Daniel will hunt you down close the distance and knock your head off

Jones has seven and a half inches of reach on Barnett, and Bigfoot has been shown to not use his reach particularly well. Certainly not as well Jones, who has two and half inches on him as well.

But is it the same way Anthony Johnsons lost sensation in his leg when he tried to make weight. That will happen if you don't trian hard and diet correctly.

I don't think training hard was Johnsons problem. He and his team made a gross miscalculation when dehydrating to make weight. Problem is he was far far too big for the weight in the first place. If these guys fought nearer their natural weight they wouldnt have a problem.
