    Dawson is fighting an argie then gets a crack at Yuri Foreman for the IBF belt as it is vacant at the moment.

    fighting another stiff ariel gerardo aparicio who has won his last 2 fights both over 4 rds with oppenents records of 0/2/0 and 0/3/0 how do these guys get to fight for belts .ie papa ?

    Yuri has no power but will smash the absolute crap out of Dawson should that happen.
    This would be easier for Yuri than his last fight with James Moore by some margin.
    You would think Dawson would stop fighting bums with this potential bout on the horizon. His loss.

    Agree Kegsy, Dawson is another aussie fighter wasting his boxing career constantly fighting bums. Geale showed how really limited dawson is in the boxing ranks & his management would be aware of this. He's going nowhere fast.

    Not a good fight for Dawson, Yuri is a faster and better boxer then Geale, and Dawson didnt win many rounds that night.

    Yeah mate...& i actually would lean to Yuri in a fight with Geale too, & Geale won a near shutout against Dawson.
    Good on him if he has a go with Yuri, but fighting this blown up argy taxi driver is a waste.
