Just think about a huge Rainbow Flag with the words Matchroom FC on it and you will have context feeling better quickly.

The Matchroom mob and Queensbury mob will always have their own spin on boxing issues.

Example Drug Test Failure and Matchroom are closely associated these days leaving one thinking are any clean boxers left at Matchroom.

Of course there must be but the Queensbury boys will be having none of it.

It is not my concern. My concern is cheating and corrupt officiating inside ring , as we can see last night , there is power to strip winner of title.

Paul Smith said it was a low-blow and quoted the rulebook.
What about the corruption when Dubois fought Kevin Lerena ? Why weren’t the TNT crew vocal then?

The Dubois backers will love the controversy. Its something to keep him relevant after another defeat.

Good post. Smith speaks from vast experience and makes sense, especially when talking about Usyk reaction to the blow.

The belt line isn't the cut off point for a low blow. The naval is and that belt was over the naval

So you think none of Dubois fist hit Usyk below the naval?

I think if you want to be that nit picky then the punch counts. Give the puncher the benefit of the doubt here imo. I think most of the punch is above the naval, just my opinion.

Usyk also raises himself as the punch comes in which also puts it right in the belt line.

For me it was a legal blow, whether he gets up from it is another question. U suspect that he would have struggled and if he did, would have struggled to shake it off during the fight.... All guess work however

Not a chance he was getting up in ten. But it was a 100 percent a low blow anyway shouldnt even be up for debate.

You cant punch someone under the belly button.

If thats allowed....you,d start seeing a lot more shocks happening in boxing because no one would take a solid punch there and be getting up in ten seconds. Dangerous place to be getting hit.

The thing is i m willing to hazard a guess dubois was probably coached to punch him there as well. Wasnt the only low punch in that fight.
