Daniel Dubois KOd with a Jab and Quits TWICE

Was a good weekend. Usyk won pretty much every second of every round whilst even abandoning his trademark style and standing toe to toe with a bigger puncher and forcing him to quit, we saw trademark entertaining Warren rants both straight after the fight and in the following days and to top it off Superarmysoldierboy Jim got a ban.

 

Yeh but like i said before quiting is totally different to losing. I can't be bothered as a boxing fan to watch a fight he can bulldozer then quits if he gets hit back. He already made a ton, frank not going to make money off him, it be stupid to spend loads and not getting nothing back

 

Very sad to see ex-army Jim banned.

 

Dubois looks like someone who has been groomed for the sport. You see these kids with obsessive, persistent parents who push them every day in tennis, football, piano lessons or whatever. That's what Dubois looks like to me. You can have all the fundamental skills & be built like a tank but that's just the 'sport' bit. You have to have the dog in you, and that can't be taught like a jab or a straight right.

I hope he's made loads of money and he can walk away & actually do something he enjoys.

 

100% but I think boxing is different from these other sports. While I not suggesting a fifth set in tennis or a 90 minute run tracking you man in football is easy it is still different from having another man try and render you unconscious. There have been very successful footballer who admitted that don't really love the sport but just do it as a job. I don't think you can apply this approach to boxing. You need to actually enjoy fighting and be prepared to get hurt. Sad thing is I just can't see Dubois been strong to satnd up to his father/Warren etc and walk away.

Dubois is a classic glass cannon. We saw that against Lerena where he wanted to quit after the first round. We saw it against Usyk where he quit mid round. We now must question the severity of that injury vs Joyce as well now.

Dubois will make for some exciting fights because you never know what you are going to get. If an opponent can land big on him and hurt him, we know what can happen. But we know he has huge power and attributes in his own right.

 

He knows Dubois quit and that's basically him saying so without ripping in to him too much

 

Just substitute reading his posts by trawling through the writing on the walls of your local public toilets, they will provide a similar standard of content.

 

He did quit. It isn’t even up for debate really. He took a knee twice, once from a jab and allowed himself to be counted out.

I gave him the benefit of the doubt vs Joyce but the old adage of fool me twice.

AJ knocked Helenius out and everyone is on at him to retire. Dubois quits and it’s he can come again.

 

Needs to move on.

Get some fights at fringe world level instead of the crap he fought after the last time he got beat to prepare him for another shot.

Should be aiming for the likes of Joe Parker.

 

Dubois was clearly robbed and anyone who is not girl fan boy can see this. People here think they know more than Warren who they would **** their pants if they were trying to challenge Warren. ALN93 your knowledge sucks.

 

the man gets treated like a giant baby. A big Lenny from Of Mice And Men doofus. people are protective of him for some reason.

why should I look forward to his next tough fight when I know quitting is always on his mind?
