    Simple answer really...

In competition, there is no room for friends.

Joshua is his rival to heavyweight supremacy. The anti Joshua would be the anti-Match room , the anti sky.

BTSPORTS Vs Sky-sport, Warren V Eddy , Match room v Box nation = Dubois V Joshua.

Big fish in a little pond, or small fish in the huge ocean surrounded by the shark Joshua.....Warren tells you, they will only care about Joshua and shelf you

(which they will, look at GGG and the Felix Sterm situation for evidence).

Warren says to the young pup , "I will make you a champ, and you will challenge the best, and since we value you, We will pay you millions to go professional now!!!!!".

Hearn draws his fighters from the Olympic set up, or poaches them off Warren.

Warren has a fantastic eye for fighters, most of his squad are non Olympian, small time British fighters with limited amateur careers.

Eddy takes from the Olympic program or takes them from Warren.

If not for Eddy signing the Irish lass, I reckon he would have got Nicola Adams, but Nicola does not want to be an ethnic champ, or a woman equality champ. She wants women boxing taken seriously, hence why she signed o box nation.

Be happy we dont have a UFC situation in Boxing, were one promoter is King. Match-room has rivals, globally, and it should stay like that to keep boxing competitive.

Daniel Dubois has zero charisma. Listen to him speak, it's awful.

Very very very good post! Of course if Dubois signs with Hearn he won't be properly developed and will be thrown in the mouth of the lion - Joshua. Good decision by Dubois. I hope Warren will treat Dubois like Hearn treats Joshua.
This could be a very very good fight in the near future. Probably Dubois will need around 2-3 years more to build up his resume and develop himself.

It was a great fight to watch no doubt but not what I'd call PPV worthy.

I'm glad I paid for it, it is not the same when it is not live.

I don't think it's a mistake. Warren is highly experienced, has Boxnation/BT Sports and he might have been left on the sidelines a bit at Matchroom. Time will tell.

If he would sign with Hearn he would be in Joshua's shadow

    Fair play.

I'm not having a go for anyone actually paying PPV but for me Joshua has only ever had 1 PPV worthy fight and that was his last against Wlad.

Infact I can only recall 2 fights that I paid for and that's Wlad v AJ and Brook v Golovkin.

Im not disagreeing as such but the point is that they had been built with a bit of a fanbase. Froch was already a world champ and in the S6 anyway. Brook still had several fights before he was moved into a title shot after leaving Frank.
