I guess no one knows, but he isn't anywere near as gifted physically and athletically, at least to me. So many people don't realize or appreciate how special a blend of size, athleticism, physical ability, strength, and skill he was. He is considered one of if not the GOAT HW's H2H for that reason. And he repeatedly proved it against an unbelievable murderer's row of badasses, losing only 2x when ge took those guys lightly, both times brutally avenging them.

DDD may well turn out to be a great, it's not likely but the chance is there. But the only LL he reminds me of is a **** poor one.

I would hardly call the Oliver McCall win brutal vengeance.

    No need for hyperbole.

Style-wise, he is most like a Liston imitation. Though he has obviously done nothing to be compared to him ability or legacy wise.

No but he is certainly the most impressive HW prospect. Makes short work of the likes of Yoka, Hrgovic, Ajagba etc

I saw him in the flesh against Gorman last year and he's very good. His jab is very underrated.

I think he is very strong and powerful, very gifted physically. But I don't think he can adapt as well as Lennox could, his feet look slower and defense looks much easier to penetrate. Prime Lennox had great punch anticapation, could box, brawl, hold very effectively. Lennox was a full package. But Dubois is only 22 years old, he is VERY young. Lennox in this age was knocked out by Soviet fighter Valeriy Abadzhyan in the amateurs... So Dubois still has a lot of time on his side

Dubois is very much a blank canvas at the moment who offers a lot of promise and could certainly pick up a strap in the next couple of years if matched carefully and appropriately. I think he has more to offer than any of the other Heavyweight prospects, particularly given his comparatively young age.

He already has a world class jab and seems to be pretty well schooled in the fundamentals. If his Stamina and beard hold up well under pressure and Joyce should bare this out, we could indeed have a future World Champion on our hands but, comparing him in any way shape or form to LL is both premature in the extreme and a little unfair.
