Remember he was on his way to a third shot at Usyk...

Joshua can just keep on fight Dubois until he wins, right?

If it takes 4 or 5 fights until the end of 2026 ... as long a he wins one in the end, that'll line up nicely with whenever Fury eventually gets a win against Usyk.

So much whining in this thread.
This is a biggest fight that Dubois can get.
    Biggest paycheck. Winnable fight, obviously.
    This fight makes sense.

This is a point everyone forgets. Dubois is a prize fighter. AJ is a huge draw and the back story makes it an irresistible match. I hope he trains as hard and has as much belief as he did first time round...I doubt this will be a problem for Dan as he has been written off and I feel he always thinks he has something to prove now, this gives him an edge. Realistically, many seem to assume only AJ can improve. I genuinely think Dubois will be better again. I felt Dubois was all wrong for AJ even a few years back, and I just think he has AJ number, always did. Take the fight, cement his position if things go his way, genuine passing of the torch fight, and build from there...Fury next for a best of Britain fight?

Let Dubois cash his cash cow.

    Rooting for Joshua.

The biggest fight he can get is against the winner of Usyk Fury 2.

Sadly it appears Dubios is stuck with rematching AJ until he loses.
