you mean by knocking out two fighters who arguably beat Fury in their fights.

Only pointed out that these threads come thick and heavy five years after AJ-Ruiz but right after the Fury ping pong in Ryiadh. :) You guys seem to need some grief counselling, don't think these threads will give you the closure you're looking for.

Yeah that quit was the Same as like Vitali had, sometimes you need to respect your injury and stop before the damage is too bad.

Which is deplorable. Still less disrespectful than AJs outburst though.

They've been consistent for years, much like the Francis threads will be.

Quit projecting your insecurities off onto others. I don't care that Fury lost because the better man won.

You're saying that your particular coping has more to do with AJ spanking Parker (and please do your "but the ref" hoax again :))? I can buy that. But the starters of these threads are clearly coping with the Belly squash ball we got to see about two months ago.

Oh please. You're going to pretend AJ didn't enjoy home advantage for most of his career? The ref not allowing inside fighting isn't a hoax, and gave AJ a clear advantage as the taller fighter not willing to engage.

Back on topic though, it doesn't change the fact AJ quit against Ruiz.

If AJ wins, this is his best victory since Parker.

Agreed - he didn't quit against Joyce, he had no option to carry on without a ridiculous level of risk... I'd even argue it would've been unprofessional to not retire in that fight.

Against Usyk, though, I don't mind calling that a quit - he was getting dominated and knew he wouldn't get a win via inept referee (with a lowblow) by the time he gave up... But he still had a punchers chance, which is all he ever really had.

Regardless, it's bloody easy to say when you're not in the ring getting beaten like the red headed stepchild of a rented mule by a guy who's Einstein by comparison with you.
